Empire State Building rooftop proposal ends with multiple charges for couple
Two Russian rooftoppers staged a marriage proposal at the Empire State Building’s summit and were arraigned on multiple charges, including burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, trespass, criminal tampering, disorderly conduct and possession of burglar’s tools; investigators are examining how they reached the final ascent while NYPD drones and a helicopter monitored the stunt.
