EVERSPACE 2 has been launched without native Linux support due to issues with Vulkan support in Unreal Engine 4. The developers will instead support it with Proton and continue to optimize it for the platform. Steam Deck optimizations are also planned. Players on other stores may face complications as Steam is the only store to officially support a translation layer like Proton.
