Russian military commentators claim that heavy rains are limiting combat operations and disrupting the use of reconnaissance drones by both sides. The death toll of Russia's missile strike on the village of Hroza has risen to 53, with five people still missing. Russian forces launched an overnight drone attack, targeting infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, but no casualties were reported. Ukrainian military sources allege that Russia and Belarus are planning a false-flag attack on Belarusian soil to blame Ukraine.
