Mother and boyfriend arrested after 4-year-old girl found dead and kept in trash bags for weeks.
Brittney Jackson, the mother charged in the death of her 4-year-old daughter Sequoia Samuels, was given a bond of $500,000 for charges of abuse of a corpse, aggravated child abuse, and false offense report. Jackson claims her boyfriend beat the child and they stored her body in garbage bags in the house. DCS had prior contact with the family and an investigation is underway.
