Hartford, Connecticut tops the list with a median "days-to-pending" of eight days, while Rochester, New York follows closely behind. Both cities experienced significant declines in housing inventory since the start of the pandemic. The report suggests a shift in the Sunshine State's housing market, as it did not make the top 10 list.
