Massive rescue effort in Iowa after apartment building collapse.
An eighth victim was rescued from the collapsed apartment building in Davenport, Iowa, and officials believe there will be no fatalities. The building had 84 apartments and businesses, and a section of it collapsed for unknown reasons on Sunday afternoon. Search and rescue teams, along with six rescue dogs, have been working to rescue victims. The building had been inspected several times in recent years, but the cause of the collapse is unknown.
