Carrie Reimagined: First Look at Mike Flanagan’s Stephen King Series
Amazon Prime Video has unveiled first-look images for Mike Flanagan’s eight-episode adaptation of Stephen King’s Carrie, a reinvention starring Summer Howell as Carrie White and Samantha Sloyan as her mother. Flanagan is writer/showrunner and executive producer (directing four episodes), with King also serving as an executive producer. The series was first reported in 2024 and greenlit for eight episodes in 2025, with a cast that includes Siena Agudong, Alison Thornton, Joel Oulette and others.
