"Pilot's Frustration Leads to Sky-High Phallic Artwork"
A frustrated Lufthansa pilot diverted his flight to Malta after being unable to land at the Fontanarossa Airport in Catania, Sicily. Before landing in Malta, the pilot flew a 15-mile flight pattern in the shape of a penis, as seen on flight tracking website Flight Radar 24. Lufthansa attributed the diversion and unusual flight pattern to wind shear. Similar incidents involving phallic flight patterns have occurred in the past, including in the US military.
