Taylor Sheridan has revealed that the planned 6666 spin-off for Yellowstone has been cancelled, saying he would never fictionalize the active Four Sixes Ranch in Texas. Paramount had announced the project previously, but Sheridan insists there will be no 6666 series. The Yellowstone universe remains active with other spin-offs and installments like Marshals and Dutton Ranch, the latter of which was renewed for a second season; Ed Harris later expressed that he felt misled during the process.
