Lawsuit Alleges Unpaid Fuel Linked to Trump-Praised Discount Network
A federal lawsuit claims Mansfield Oil is seeking about $4 million for roughly 1.1 million gallons of gasoline purchased by KRSM/Syed Kazmi, with some of the fuel allegedly sold to Freedom Fuel Network stations; the network had drawn national attention after President Trump praised its July discounted prices. KRSM disputes the allegations as an invoicing/pricing dispute and the suit does not name Freedom Fuel as a defendant.
