"Michigan State Trooper Injured, Suspect Killed in Bridgeport Township Shooting"
Michigan State Police were involved in a shooting in Bridgeport Township while attempting to arrest a 51-year-old man on multiple felony warrants. The suspect fled and then produced a firearm, threatening the state troopers. Both a member of the MSP Fugitive Team and the suspect were shot. The trooper is in stable condition after surgery, while the suspect has died.
