One year later: Sacramento's K Street shooting investigation and aftermath.
Three men face several felony charges, including three counts of murder for the deaths of innocent bystanders in a gang-related shootout that occurred on K Street in downtown Sacramento one year ago. The three suspected gunmen were not charged with murder for the deaths of the other three individuals, who were considered participants in the shooting. The suspects face additional charges, including being convicted felons in possession of a handgun. If convicted, they would have to serve their sentence in state prison.
