Dolphins president and CEO Tom Garfinkel steps down after 13 years, remaining as vice chairman of the team and Hard Rock Stadium and as managing partner of the Miami Grand Prix. Owner Steve Ross announces the creation of Ross Sports & Entertainment and names Daniel Sillman CEO to run the Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the Miami Grand Prix, the Miami Open, and the Precision Drive Club, with Sillman also overseeing football operations.
