Shapley also believes stronger charges could have been brought against Hunter Biden, and that the investigation was not conducted in the same way as other cases. The plea deal reached with Hunter Biden includes two misdemeanor tax charges and admitting to felony gun possession, with a hearing scheduled on July 26.
