A Frontier Airlines passenger was accidentally sent to Jamaica instead of Jacksonville due to a gate mix-up. The passenger, who did not have a passport, was unable to leave the plane once it landed. The flight crew stayed with her until her flight to Philadelphia took off several hours later. Frontier Airlines has apologized and provided a refund and compensation to the passenger.
