Mastering Starfield: Crafting, Research, and Upgrades for Weapons, Gear, and Items
In the upcoming game Starfield, players can enhance their progression through crafting and research. Crafting allows players to create weapon mods, gear upgrades, medicine, food, and outpost structures. Researching unlocks new crafting recipes, and there are five areas of research: Equipment, Food and Drink, Outpost Development, Pharmacology, and Weaponry. To research projects, players need the corresponding skill, and completing a research project unlocks new crafting recipes. Crafting is done at specific stations, such as a Weapon Workbench or Cooking Station, and outpost modules can be crafted while exploring a planet.
