The Blue Lagoon, a popular geothermal resort in Iceland, has temporarily closed after a "seismic swarm" of about 1,400 earthquakes hit the Reykjanes peninsula, raising concerns of a potential volcanic eruption. Following a powerful earthquake and numerous smaller quakes, terrified guests fled the resort, prompting its closure for a week.
