
Mario Galaxy Movie Dominates Box Office in Third Weekend
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie topped the box office in its third weekend with $35 million, lifting domestic total to $355.2 million and worldwide to about $747.5 million as it eyes a $1 billion run; in second place, Amazon MGM’s Project Hail Mary earned $20.5 million in its fifth weekend, while Lee Cronin’s The Mummy opened third with $13.5 million, followed by A24’s The Drama at $4.8 million and Universal’s You, Me & Tuscany at $3.8 million. Magnolia’s Normal debuted in seventh with $2.5 million, with limited releases Lorne and Mother Mary also in play.
