Hamill Leads Fresh Disney+ Darkwing Duck Series
Disney+ is developing a new animated Darkwing Duck series that continues the 1990s saga, with Mark Hamill voicing Darkwing and Seth Rogen producing and voicing Launchpad McQuack. The show follows a rebellious teen named Duckie who drags the hero back into battle against old foes like Negaduck and Megavolt, joined by Gosalyn Mallard (Lizzy Caplan) and others, under new showrunners Sean Tretta and Borja Peña Gorostegui, with Tad Stones consulting. No premiere date has been announced yet, but fans have waited 30 years for DW’s return.
