Leak suggests iPhone 18 Pro could sport a 7-core GPU and faster RAM
A Chinese Weibo leak based on circuit diagrams claims the iPhone 18 Pro’s A20 Pro chip may have seven GPU cores (up from six) and a faster memory interface. Diagrams also suggest six CPU cores with two performance and four efficiency cores, with the efficiency cores’ L2 cache increasing to 8 MB (big cores stay at 16 MB). Among 6/7/8 GPU configurations, seven cores is deemed most plausible, with some estimates of ~18% faster performance and ~30% better power efficiency, though the evidence is indirect and should be treated as educated speculation.
