Police Report Adds Detail to Tyler Duckworth’s Death Investigation
A Grand Forks police report describes The Challenge alum Tyler Duckworth found in his bathroom doorway with an overflowing bathtub whose water leaked into the unit below; investigators found no outward signs of trauma or foul play, and final autopsy findings and toxicology results are pending.
