Worcester Fox Attacks on Granite Street Prompt Rabies Testing
Two people, including a 6-year-old girl, were bitten by a gray fox on Granite Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The woman fought the fox and was bitten on the foot; the girl was bitten the previous night. The fox was euthanized and sent for rabies testing, and both victims received rabies shots. It isn’t clear if it was the same fox in both incidents.
