Ben Francis, the founder and CEO of sportswear label Gymshark, is now worth $1.1 billion, up seven places to 184th on this year's Sunday Times Rich List. Francis dropped out of college and worked as a Pizza Hut delivery driver before founding Gymshark in 2012. The company has since grown into a billion-dollar business, achieving "unicorn" status in 2020. Francis and his cofounder used everything they had to pay for a stand at the BodyPower Expo in 2013, and after making sales of £30,000 in 30 minutes, they realized Gymshark could be something big.
