Moneta Goes Mechanical: Frederique Constant Debuts Hand-Wound Dress Watch in a Limited Run
Frederique Constant’s Swiss sister brand FC has released the Moneta Handwinding, the first mechanical version of its Moneta dress watch, powered by a La Joux-Perret Caliber FC-435 hand-wound movement with a 63-hour power reserve (4 Hz). It showcases a smoked-salmon gradient dial, a sapphire caseback, and a 38.5mm stainless steel case with a 6:00 subsidiary seconds. Limited to 999 pieces and priced at CHF 1,995 (~$2,595), it’s also nominated in the GPHG Challenge category.
