In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the Hylian Shield is an incredibly durable and useful item. When it eventually breaks, players can find a replacement by completing the mayoral election questline in Hateno Village. Cece, a fashion connoisseur, sells a spare Hylian Shield for 3,000 rupees if players have already found the one in the Docks beneath Hyrule Castle. However, players can only purchase a new shield if they discard or break their current one.
