
Iowa High School Coach Faces 46 Counts of Child Sexual Abuse
A high school football coach in Iowa, Ryan Kissell, has been arrested on 46 counts of sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child. The alleged abuse began in 2013 and continued until July 2023. Kissell, who was recently hired as a football coach and special education teacher, was arrested at Nodaway Valley High School. The district has placed him on administrative leave and stated that the alleged conduct is unrelated to his work in the district. The arrest was made by the Adair County Sheriff's Office, serving a warrant from Creston police.
