Speeding Pickup Driver Causes Fatal Head-On Crash on Highway 113
Three people died in a head-on crash on Highway 113 in Solano County after a red pickup speeding to pass crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a gray pickup; the red pickup had earlier sideswiped a big rig. The highway remains closed in both directions with no estimated reopening.
