A Brockton Superior Court judge revoked bail for Bradley Rein after he violated pretrial release by failing an alcohol test connected to the fatal November 2022 Hingham Apple Store crash, ordering him held without bail for 90 days at the Plymouth House of Corrections.
Bradley Rein, a Massachusetts man, pleaded not guilty to charges including murder in connection with a 2022 crash at an Apple store in Hingham that left one man dead and nearly two dozen people injured. Rein was indicted on one count each of second-degree murder and motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation in connection with the death of 65-year-old Kevin Bradley. Rein was also indicted on reckless operation of a motor vehicle, 18 counts of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for injuring 22 other people in the crash. Rein will return to court on June 21.
