Tragic Outer Banks House Fire Claims Lives of D.C.-Area Teen and Couple
Three individuals, including a 13-year-old girl, from the D.C. area have been identified as the victims of a fatal fire at a historic oceanfront cottage in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The victims are Sienna Farr, Colleen Cohan, and William Deeg. Sienna's mother, sister, and her mother's boyfriend were injured in the blaze. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and it is unclear if the cottage had working smoke detectors.
