John Green Returns to Fiction with Adult Novel 'Hollywood, Ending'
John Green has released his first novel for adults in nine years, titled 'Hollywood, Ending.' The book, which debuted on September 22, 2026, marks a significant shift from his previous young adult works like 'The Fault in Our Stars.' It features a dual-perspective narrative following two actors, Juniper and Kai, as they navigate fame and romance while filming a biopic about Andy Warhol. Green described the project as a return to the pure pleasure of storytelling, having previously focused on nonfiction and social advocacy.
