"Cobra Bar Double Murder Suspect Receives Life Sentence: Guilty Verdict Reached"
Horace Williamson III has been sentenced to life without parole for his involvement in the deadly 2018 robbery and shooting outside the Cobra Bar in East Nashville. Williamson was found guilty of numerous charges, including two counts of first-degree felony murder, two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, and various counts of aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping, and robbery. The defense argued that the state had not provided proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but the majority of evidence pointed to Demontrey Logsdon as the shooter. Williamson's sentencing for other charges is set for August 18.
