Houston Attorney Tony Buzbee to Represent Ken Paxton at Impeachment Trial
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has announced on Instagram that he will represent Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at his upcoming impeachment trial. Paxton is facing charges of bribery, retaliation, and obstruction of justice, with some allegations dating back to 2015. Buzbee is the third prominent Houston attorney to join the case, with Dick DeGuerin and Rusty Hardin leading the prosecution for the House. A trial date has not yet been set, but it is expected to take place before August 28th.
