'How I Met Your Father' Canceled After Two Seasons at Hulu

Hulu has canceled the TV series "How I Met Your Father" after two seasons. The spinoff of "How I Met Your Mother" starred Hilary Duff and concluded its second season without revealing the identity of the father. The show followed Sophie and her group of friends as they navigated love and dating in the modern age. Despite existing in the same universe as its predecessor, the spinoff failed to secure a renewal.

Kim Cattrall's involvement in "Sex and the City" revival: What we know so far.

Lindsey Gort, who played Samantha Jones in The Carrie Diaries, recently appeared on How I Met Your Father, where Kim Cattrall also stars as Future Sophie. Despite hoping to meet Cattrall on set, Gort did not get the chance to do so. Cattrall will also reprise her role as Samantha Jones in the upcoming season of And Just Like That... via a one-off cameo/phone call with Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie.
