
Elderly woman with dementia found dead in Northern Michigan forest.
Karen Adams, a 77-year-old woman with dementia, was found dead in the Huron National Forest in Michigan after being reported missing on May 3. Her vehicle was located by off-road vehicle riders on May 6, and a ground search crew found her body less than a mile away. Exposure to the elements is believed to be the cause of death, and no foul play is suspected. Multiple agencies assisted in the search and recovery efforts.
