Three Dead After Honda Crashes Into Stopped Oxygen Truck on I-66 Express Lanes
Three people died when a Honda Pilot rear-ended a stopped truck hauling oxygen tanks on the westbound I-66 Express Lanes in Fairfax County, sparking a fiery crash that also involved a Toyota 4Runner. The wreck forced about seven hours of lane closures while investigators worked and charges of reckless driving were filed against the Toyota driver and the oxygen truck driver; the victims’ identities have not yet been released.
