"Warm Weather Postpones New Hampshire Ice Castle Debut"
The opening of the Ice Castles attraction in North Woodstock, New Hampshire, has been postponed due to unseasonably warm weather. Originally scheduled to open this week, the new anticipated opening is now mid-to-late January, depending on weather conditions. The attraction, which began construction in the fall, requires low, sustained temperatures to maintain its ice structures, including slides, caverns, tunnels, and sculptures. Tickets have been available since November, and the venue plans to offer additional features like horse-drawn wagon rides and a pub ice bar.
