Some stranded Nigerians in Sudan have accused Nigerian authorities of discriminating against the Igbo ethnic group in an ongoing evacuation exercise. A viral video shows a Nigerian of Igbo ethnic group lamenting the level of discrimination against Igbos in a foreign land, claiming that they were asked to come down from the bus that conveyed other stranded Nigerians from other ethnic groups on Saturday and Sunday to Egypt. Nigerian Twitter users have criticized the Chairman/CEO of Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) Abike Dabiri-Erewa, describing her as a "tribal bigot."
