Scooter Gunman Kills 1 and Injures 3 in NYC Shooting Spree
A 25-year-old man riding an illegal scooter went on a shooting spree in Brooklyn and Queens, randomly targeting innocent bystanders. Four people were shot, and one 87-year-old man was killed.
