Portland Police Identify Woman Who Stole Car with 2 Kids Inside
Portland Police identify Iosha Dashae Millage as the woman who stole a car with two kids inside, leading to a chase from Portland to Washington. Millage faces charges including kidnapping and robbery, and is currently in Clark County Jail.
