Empire State climbers’ viral engagement ends in courtroom kiss
Angela Nikolau and Ivan Kuznetsov, known for extreme climbing stunts, scaled the Empire State Building to propose on the peak and shared a kiss as news helicopters circled; they appeared in a New York court facing charges including reckless endangerment, burglary and criminal mischief, defended their actions as art, and a further hearing was set for September 29.
