Blake's OT Strike Sends Canes to ECF, Sweep Flyers
Jackson Blake scored twice, including the overtime winner, as the Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 3-2 in Game 4 to complete a series sweep and advance to the Eastern Conference Final. After Philly opened the scoring, Blake tied it in the second; Logan Stankoven added a postseason-leading seventh goal in the third before Blake sealed it in OT on a feed from Taylor Hall after a Slavin turnover. Frederik Andersen allowed two goals on 17 shots, and the Canes extended their playoff win streak to eight to begin the postseason, reaching the conference final for the fourth time in eight years.
