Brave Woman Rescued After Secretly Passing Note to Gas Station Customer
An Arizona woman who was allegedly kidnapped by a man posing as an Uber driver wearing a wig has been rescued after she slipped a note to a stranger at a gas station, asking for help. The woman was abducted from a car dealership in Phoenix and driven over 150 miles by Jacob Wilhoit, who had a history with the victim. She managed to pass a note to a customer at a Chevron station, providing details of the van and the predicted path. The customer called the police, leading to Wilhoit's arrest. The victim is safe but traumatized, and Wilhoit is facing multiple charges.
