
Jalen Kitna, Former Gators QB, Reaches Plea Deal in Child Pornography Case
Former University of Florida backup quarterback Jalen Kitna has reached a plea deal on child pornography allegations. He will be charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, dropping five felony child pornography charges. Kitna has been placed on six months probation for each count, with no fine imposed. He apologized to his family and friends and expressed his desire to move forward. Kitna was arrested in November 2022 for sharing images on Discord.com that he believed to be legal. He has been banned from the university until November 2025 and will continue to seek life skills counseling.
