Former WWE Star Jaxson Ryker to Retire at 40 After 23-Year Career.
Former WWE star Jaxson Ryker, who competed in the company between 2017 to 2021, has announced that he will retire from in-ring action due to injuries. Ryker, aka Gunner, will perform for the last time in his hometown of North Carolina on August 27th, two days after he completes 23 years in the business. While he doesn't see himself returning to the squared circle, he would be open to doing guest referee spots and would continue appearing at wrestling conventions after retirement.
