Paramount+ Expands to Japan Through J:COM and Wowow Partnerships
Paramount+ will launch in Japan in December, available as a no extra-charge addition to J:COM's platform and Wowow pay-TV service. The streaming service will offer popular originals such as "Tulsa King," "Mayor of Kingstown," and "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds." This expansion marks the second country in East Asia where Paramount+ becomes available, following its launch in South Korea last year. Paramount+ operates through partnerships with various platforms globally, including TVing in South Korea, SKY in Italy, the U.K., and Germany, and Canal+ in France.
