"NJ Shore Offers Free Jersey Fresh Blueberries for All"
The New Jersey Department of Agriculture is giving away free Jersey Fresh blueberries at three Jersey Shore locations on July 10, in celebration of National Blueberry Month. Blueberries are the state's top crop, with a production value of $69 million in 2022. Farmers harvested 34 million pounds of blueberries last year, and the state's daily production can reach up to 250,000 to 300,000 crates.
