Joe Earley is promoted to President of Disney Entertainment Television Franchise and Content Strategy, reporting to Debra O’Connell, and will lead the development of franchises across international originals, production, labor relations and talent development while overseeing content and production for international originals and related initiatives. Joe Earley Takes the Reins of Disney's Streaming Services

Joe Earley, former President of Hulu, has been promoted to President, Direct-to-Consumer, Disney Entertainment, taking over from Michael Paull who is leaving the company. Earley will report directly to Dana Walden and Alan Bergman and will continue to lead Hulu until a successor is identified. He will work closely with content teams around the company to continue to expand the company’s streaming efforts across both Disney+ and Hulu. Paull joined Disney in 2017 as part of the acquisition of Bamtech Media and was promoted in January 2022 as part of Bob Chapek’s streaming reorg.
