Philly Police Seek Masked Suspect After Center City Encounters
Philadelphia police are searching for a masked suspect who has terrorized Center City residents, including a jogger near City Hall early Wednesday. Video shows him chasing a woman around 5:30 a.m. and asking, 'Are you ready to die?' He fled north on 15th Street toward Suburban Station. A coworker at a coffee shop was also targeted; no weapon was seen. The suspect, estimated to be 16–20 years old, faces terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault and intimidation charges.
