Joy Harmon, the 1960s actress famed for the provocative car-wash scene in Cool Hand Luke, died at 87 at her Los Angeles-area home after a pneumonia illness. She later ran Aunt Joy's Cakes bakery in Burbank and appeared in films like Village of the Giants and TV shows including Bewitched, The Odd Couple and Batman; she is survived by three children and nine grandchildren.
