California Man Charged Over Threats to Judge in Nolan Wells Case
A California man, Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce, was charged with interstate transmission of a threatening communication after allegedly sending a barrage of violent messages to Jackson County Judge Ashlee Cole—the stepmom of one of Nolan Wells' friends.
